This is what you have to do:
1. Register Hitleap: https://hitleap.com/by/trafficking69
and download the software and start getting hits. (You can card a VPS, or use your own pc to get the hits)
2. If you want to get extra cash, go to "UPGRADE TRAFFIC" or just buy traffic directly, the website uses Stripe so it should be easy to card with pub cc.
3. Register Adfoc.us: http://adfoc.us/?refid=460389
4. Shorten any link you want (but first you have to register) and save that link for the next step.
5. You are going to make a website, such as a forum, or card some domain/hosting, or just make a blogger.com, and make sure your website redirects to the adfoc.us link, doing this you will avoid getting banned on Adfoc.us
For blogger.com what you can do is go to Theme > Edit HTML
And paste this anywhere into your <head>
<meta content='5;url=X' http-equiv='refresh'/>
Replace "X" with your adfocus link.
This will redirect the traffic to your adfocus link.
6. Done, now you just have to add your website you created such as blogger.com to your Hitleap and make sure you have enough minutes on Hitleap and keep buying more hits with private or public cc.
When you get 10$ on Adfocus you can request a payout. I recommend buying premium traffic on Hitleap and change Direct source to something like facebook.com or google.com to avoid getting flagged.
