I present one of the methods that I discovered for myself and have been studying and exploiting for months. I know that this method is not new and that other people have already shared it, but in my case it was discovered by myself and I think I can show more details than other guide presents. As a social engineer, I will update the guidelines as I continue to study them. I have more guides that I will publish over time if they are supported.

Code:

Requirements:

Email address.
Serial numbers (Razer Care or commercial guarantee).
Photographs of the device model to which that serial number belongs.
Shipping addresses (In my case, I got to receive 15 devices in the same address without being flagged. Probably more can be done, but I don't know).
Method (schematized):

Visit https://www.razer.com/.
Click on Support, and scroll to the end where the "Contact support" button is located, also click.
In the drop-down click on "Select Contact Reason" and choose the option "Razer Peripherical".
A new drop-down called "Select a Category" will appear, click on it again and choose the option we need. Normally it will be "Mouse", "Keyboard and Keypad" or "Headsets, Microphone, Earbuds".
Enter the serial number in the following text box called "Enter serial number" that will appear.
After all this, the model to which that serial number belongs will appear and whether or not it has a guarantee..
Once the device's warranty has been verified, we simply open a live chat or, failing that, we send an email. In this email we must simply say that our device is not working properly. Robotic and random sound in the case of headsets. Double press key error for keyboards and random disconnect for mouse.
We answer all the questions they ask you to try to fix the device (Obviously the device should still not work after all the attempts).
They will ask for a photo of the device with the cord cut off. We can buy this second-hand device and cut it (it will be valid for all attempts, we will simply alter the photograph in the different orders, although using them also works). We can also ask for images on second-hand pages where the serial number is seen and take advantage of this. Using Photoshop will be necessary to change the labels from one image to another (serial number from the second-hand device to our device). Sometimes, if the Photoshop is not very well done or they doubt they will ask you for a photograph of the device along with a paper with the case number written by hand. They normally don't fall back on this if you do it correctly, otherwise just go back to editing.
And that's it. I hope it is useful for you, do not forget to like it, this helps me to continue.
Bonus info: Once the first replacement is confirmed, we can quickly use this serial number again to do it more times, in my case I managed to make a device 7 times (alternating the domain of the web, so the support is different).
