Installing tor on linux mint 19 / ubuntu 18.04

To get the latest version of Tor installed in Linux Mint 19 / Ubuntu 18.04, we will use the official Tor Apt repository.

Add them to your Ubuntu 18.04 / Linux Mint 19 using the commands below.
