This method is very simple.
1.
On the PS4, make a new user.
2.
Click new to PSN.
3.
Sign up, and change country to Japan.
4.
Make your age over 18.
5.
Enter a 7 digit zip code, doesn't matter.
6.
Choose a random city and enter random letters.
7.
Enter a valid email, you can use 10-minute email or create a new one.
8.
Enter your password twice to verify.
9.
Enter a random username and random first and last name.
10.
Skip the incoming screens until you hit the verification screen.
11.
Go to your email, and verify by clicking the blue button.
12.
Click on the bottom right choice and you should get a green check mark.
13.
Click down and X to skip the coming screens, until you see the 14 day trial screen.
14.
Click the bottom right choice, and you will get a free 14 days when you set this user to your primary PS4.
Please note that you will have to repeat this process on a new PSN account and new email every 14 days on the Japanese server.
