I think everyone is expiriencing the same problem with paypal now - the calls while doing transfers, SM when paying. Below I'm going to help you solve it, once for all the time.
1) Register clean e-mail for self-registered paypal.
2) Register the paypal itself on any records:

7) Login to donate page:
8) Successfully donate without calls, SM e.t.c.

The use your brain for developments:
- If you need to pay something, pay it safely! Since you connected bank account, SM is not a problem now, you can pay anything you need, even if you deposit into gambling or casino
- Not self-regged paypal will work also, connect a bank account and load the pp!
- In 80% you wont get even SM, nothing. You have a ready-to-go paypal with original registered IP (on RDP).
- 0 Balance + cc/bank will also work!
