For lifetime usage, it comes with the most recent versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Publisher, and Access on a single PC. These are not cloud versions. There aren't any ongoing costs or frequent updates because this isn't Microsoft 365, but basic security releases are. For the software to download, your computer needs Windows 10 or 11, at least 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of free space.
