HAVING ROOT WILL INCREASE CHANCE OF SUCCESS
1. Download lucky patcher http://luckypatcher....load.html?scn=1
2. Install it
3. Allow root access(if you have root)
4. On the bottom left click on "Toggles"
5. Tick "google Billing emulation"
6.Run a game, make sure wifi is off if it connects to online services
7. Click on purchases and hopefully it will say $0.00 and then as you click it, you will receive a prompt saying this https://gyazo.com/04...acbb59064d14334
*Note that if you are non root it will work too but (highly unlikely),, if the game you tried to hack doesnt give you cash then click on send reply xxx (root user)
8. If this doesnt work, run LP and find the game/app click it then click open menu of patches and then click support patch for inapp emulation etc
*Note If all else fails, means the game can't be hacked.
